CANCELLATION POLICY

At Emerald Healing Center, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both our clients and therapists. Please carefully review our policies before booking an appointment. 1. Cancellation & Rescheduling * A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for individual appointments and 48 hours for couples appointments. * Late cancellations, last-minute rescheduling, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. * Each appointment may be rescheduled up to 3 times. A 4th rescheduling request will result in loss of online booking privileges. Future visits will be walk-in only, subject to availability. Walk-in service is not guaranteed. 2. Late Arrivals & No-Shows * Late Arrivals: Clients arriving late will receive a shortened session ending at the originally scheduled time, with no price reduction. * Arrivals 30 Minutes Late or More: Therapists reserve the right to cancel the appointment at their discretion to maintain service quality and avoid unnecessary pressure. However, therapists may choose to accommodate late arrivals on a case-by-case basis. * No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. 3. Zero Tolerance for Sexual Harassment * Sexual requests, inappropriate touching, indecent exposure, harassment, or threatening behavior are strictly prohibited. * Services will be terminated immediately without a refund. Future bookings may be permanently refused. 4. Right to Refuse Service Emerald Healing Center reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services due to repeated policy violations, inappropriate behavior, or safety concerns, in accordance with applicable law. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies and authorize applicable charges to your card on file.
